Designed for the Next Chapter

Choosing a college comes with a lot of information to take in. The design shouldn't make it harder.

While at Ripple Marketing, I designed annual student and parent information booklets for Minnesota West, creating print pieces that could organize a lot of important details while still feeling approachable, engaging, and true to the school's brand.

Making Information Easier to Explore

These booklets had a practical job to do: give prospective students and their families the information they needed in a format that didn't feel overwhelming.

I worked with typography, imagery, color, and page layout to create a clear visual hierarchy throughout each piece, making it easier for readers to move between sections, find important information, and understand what Minnesota West had to offer.

For the each edition, I gave the cover a complete refresh, bringing something new to an established annual piece while keeping it connected to the larger Minnesota West identity.

The finished booklets balanced a lot of information with enough visual interest to keep things moving—because figuring out what's next is complicated enough without having to fight your way through the brochure.

Created while at Ripple Marketing.
